Inspector & Export Controls
Final right-side controls for preflight, method selection, packaging, project settings, export toast feedback, and the build log.
Compact export controls Right-side sections stay inside the panel; header dropdowns render above the page, close competing menus automatically, and export actions trigger toast status feedback.
Preflight Readiness + warnings
Auto Route Smart export path
Render Methods Fast 5.1 + record
Packages EDL + reports + QA
05 Fast Path source-preserve readiness
Phase 8.4 Fast Assembly and Source-Preserve Export
Run Fast Check
Strict match: resolution, dimensions, and container
Export Fast Report
Fast path waiting for timeline data.
Phase 8.4 keeps the uploaded split FFmpeg WASM batch, makes Fast 5.1 MP4 visible as its own export action, and refuses zero-byte browser recorder downloads.
For maximum speed and original audio preservation, use source-preserve MP4 when you can accept hard cuts and no burned-in overlays. Use Record Stitch when the final video must include transitions, gaps, overlays, lower thirds, watermarks, fades, or gain processing.
06 Relink / Cache missing media recovery

Clear Cache
Projects still save references, not embedded video. Phase 6 stores fingerprints for reliable matching. Optional cache uses this browser's IndexedDB storage and can be cleared anytime.

Select a clip or gap to edit. Select a clip before another item to edit its transition out.

10 Export Command Bay Auto, Fast 5.1, Split FFmpeg, Record Stitch
Export
01 Run Gate
Start with Preflight to check duration, missing media, warnings, and browser capability.
Uses: Run Preflight
02 Auto Route
Let the app pick strict split FFmpeg where possible, then fall back to Record Stitch.
Uses: Auto Export
03 Fast 5.1
Use source-preserve MP4 when speed and original audio matter more than burned-in effects.
Uses: Fast 5.1 MP4
04 Record / Package
Use Record Stitch for overlays and transitions, then ship EDL, reports, playlists, and QA.
Uses: Record Stitch + package tools
Preferred recording type
Auto - MP4 when browser supports it
Force MP4 if available
Force WebM
Monitor audio during export
Fast 5.1 MP4 Fast source-preserve MP4 stitch for compatible full MP4 clips. Skips rendered effects by design.
Auto Export
Split FFmpeg Stitch
Fast 5.1 MP4
Record Stitch
Cancel
Split FFmpeg idle. Strict stitch keeps the exact timeline rules; Fast 5.1 MP4 preserves source streams and flattens render-only effects to hard cuts.
Idle.

Auto Export keeps the safe behavior: strict split FFmpeg when possible, otherwise Record Stitch. Use Fast 5.1 MP4 when speed and original source audio preservation matter more than rendered effects.
